1. THE CUSTOMER – Together create customer profiles for B2B and B2C

2. BRAND MAPPING – Who are the competitors, who inspires us

3. MARKETING – review brand identity, tone of voice, and marketing channels

Business to Brand Course

Aim: To transform your business to a brand, to deliver your personal and business strategy, give clarity needed and identify the right next steps to achieve your goals, to allow you to deliver great service, also captivate and excite the customer. I will give you the right framework, expertise and levers and tools to allow the growth of your business to a brand, whilst encompassing the morals, values of the brand.

INTERNAL

1. ALL BOUT YOU –Set boundaries, agree personal goals, set up time management and planning.

2. SET AMBITION – Write business objectives, identify USP, long term view

3. GOALS – Review business priorities, summary of work, time v return, set templates and parameters

4. DEFINE THE BRAND – Write the brand story and create narrative

EXTERNAL

1. THE CUSTOMER – Create clear customer profiles for B2B and B2C and identify targeting

2. BRAND MAPPING– Create bench marking on who are the competitors, who inspires us, what can we learn

3. MARKETING – Deep dive into brand identity, tone of voice, and marketing channels, set suggested strategy

4. WEBSITE– Review and give recommendations for new site, in line with strategy and brand identity

Done for you’ 8 weeks program 80/ 20 split, you will have some pre work and follow up and will need to actively take part in 1:1 sessions.
