Assessing and identify the areas of change needed within process by means of, ways of working, meeting structure/content and supporting documents. Implementing key business meeting mile stone stages for product sign off, including meeting objectives, inputs/ outputs required. These new processes then allow the business ways of working to support the new clear creative strategy.
Assessment of the current supply base, and introduction of new responsible sourcing partners in 3 new COO, across varies categories.

Created the Band book to be used in external communications to press and potential customers. Establishes brand mapping and market position with ladies sustainable market, reviewed competitors pricing and made recommendations for nu-in.
Delivered seasonal creatives brand direction for the collections across the global ladies range include new category growth areas of swimwear and activewear. Then continued to manage the design creation and colour work for the collection managing the in house design team and working along side buyers and technologist. Presented creative concepts to potential wholesale partners.

LAUNCH STRATEGY - CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Partnering with Heathcote & Ivory to create and launch this iconic lifestyle brand. We curated the product strategy, customer profile and brand mapping. Collaborating with Lesley the creative director to advise on print and colour selections, and product print placement.
Working through the product development stages, offering support on possible manufacturing options. Following on the range development with the brand launch strategy including website, social, marketing and possible brand collaborations.
We worked with the CEO to identify people/ structural changes needed within the marketing department to help launch this new range, created job specification and supported with the inductions.

Supporting Mama Design on a resourcing project for key items. Creating tech packs and product specification sheets. Cross country sourcing, reaching out to multiple suppliers in various countries to offer the best quality sustainable options for the products. Supplying a summary of findings and expert recommendations.
I have been working with Threads Creatives on a sourcing exercise to try and find a new supplier for our main product. They are great to work with, extremely knowledgeable, have a great network and are highly professional. I love that they make suggestions for improvements or alternatives if the initial route is not as easy as expected. Highly recommend and will definitely be working with them again.

Compiling market reports, along with product development direction and new opportunities for range enhancement. Present in senior meetings as the sole UK representative for Norlanka.
Offering sustainable sourcing partnering with key retailers such as Joules, Walmart Canada, ASOS, The Very group, George and Matalan. Launched the first gender inclusive range for Walmart Canada managing range creation, print development and fabric selection.

Working with Burt’s Bees Baby as a subject matter expert on the UK children’s retail market. Created competitive shop reports, advising on UK brand mapping, and retail price structure. Advised on the best print and product choices for the UK market. As well as testing standards, care label information for the UK market. Supporting with presentation deck creation for potential UK retail partners.
